A little bit of background
This project aimed to provide the client with an overview of the data errors salespeople were making in CRM Analytics when inputting contact information. Since these errors directly affected employee bonuses and consumer satisfaction, it was essential to identify underperforming agencies and pinpoint the most common error types.
To address this need, I developed a branded dashboard to help the client track these critical indicators. The dashboard enabled the identification of problematic data fields and struggling agencies, providing the insights necessary to make informed bonus adjustments.
